This collection is influenced by the philosophy of Yin and Yang, which represent the fundamental opposites inherent in all things. Yin embodies qualities of cold, darkness, condensation, and materialization, while Yang represents heat, light, chemistry, and gasification. These complementary forces are balanced by qi, creating a dynamic equilibrium that circulates like a star, revealing Yin within and Yang without. This principle of balance permeates all aspects of life: birth signifies fusion, death denotes dissipation, and the interplay of Yin and Yang governs the cosmos. Yang is synonymous with the sky and male energy, whereas Yin corresponds to the earth and female energy.

The collection draws inspiration from the juxtaposition of fire and canvas, symbolizing the principles of the material world. The canvas, representing Yin, is quiet and cohesive, while the flame, representing Yang, embodies energy and light. The burning traces on the canvas illustrate the imbalance between these two forces. As the canvas burns, the smoke evokes the concept of twin flames—the idea that a soul can split into two, undergo reincarnation, and eventually reunite across the expanse of time, becoming whole once more. This collection endeavors to capture this delicate balance and dynamic interplay, merging traditional craftsmanship with contemporary innovation to create pieces that reflect the timeless dance of Yin and Yang.
